Is the the Miywâsin Ôta Resort family friendly?

Is there a cancellation policy?
- A booking deposit in the amount of 25% (cost before taxes) is required to confirm a booking. This can be paid by credit card by contacting us at 306-236-6718 or emailing lasaspauline@gmail.com.
- Deposit is fully refundable if cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival.
- Half of deposit is refundable if cancelled between 30 days and 14 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
What do I need to bring for RVing?
- A cooktop or Barbeque
- Camping Chairs
- Mesh Tent for picnic table (to keep the bugs away when eating)
- Water Toys
- Yard Games
- Small Axe to make kindling
- Fire Starter
- Insect Repellent
- Sunblock
- Coffee
- Special compostable toilet paper for RVs
- Medication: heart pills, allergy pills, etc.
How many guests can I have on my Campsite / RV reservation?
We typically have 4 – 6 people to a campsite. Each campsite has a maximum capacity of 8 people.
Can we dock our boats?
While we don’t have a designated area for boat docking, you’re welcome to beach your boats during the evening hours or anchor them nearby.
Where is the nearest boat launch?
The nearest boat launch is located at the Provincial Boat Launch, just a quick 2-minute walk from our property. It’s conveniently close, making it easy for guests to access the water and enjoy their boating adventures hassle-free!
Does the beach have sand?
Yes, our beach boasts soft sand, providing the perfect spot for relaxing strolls, building sandcastles, or simply soaking up the sun.
Damage Deposit Policy
Damage Deposit Policy & damages to Property and Assets: We reserve the right to charge $200.00 in a damage deposit upon arrival. The damage will be returned to you at the end of your stay if there are no damages. If damages are more than $200.00, you will be charged via credit card the replacement value of the damages.
Do you sell fishing licenses?
We do not sell fishing licenses at our resort location. These are sold at the Meadow Lake Provincial Park Office and the Goodsoil Parks entrance.
What does the store carry?
Our Store carries necessities if you forgot these things:
- Sunblock
- Insect repellent
- Feminine hygiene products
- Baby medication
- Allergy pills
- Propane bottles
- Fuel & Oil for Boats
- Fishing Tackle – Rods, Scales, Bait, etc.
- Coffee
- Breakfast Foods
- Basic barbeque items and condiments

Is there a minimum booking policy for Cabins?
The minimum nights stay for cabin bookings are two nights.
